This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded between ARTISMEDIA Sp. z o.o. (the "Licensor") and the organization or person that installs or uses the Application on its Bitrix24 account (the "Licensee").

By installing or using the Application you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

1. Definitions

1.1. Application — the DocMaster24 software provided as a cloud service for creating documents (quotes, proforma invoices, invoices, agreements, acceptance protocols, order confirmations and documents made from the Licensee's own templates) from the CRM data of a Bitrix24 account, including updates and documentation.

1.2. Bitrix24 account — the Licensee's cloud Bitrix24 workspace or on-premise Bitrix24 installation on which the Application is installed.

1.3. Marketplace — the Bitrix24 Marketplace through which the Application is distributed.

1.4. Document — a file (DOCX and, where available, PDF) created by the Application from a template and the data of a CRM record.

1.5. Library templates — the ready-made templates supplied with the Application in English and Polish. Own templates — templates uploaded by the Licensee.

1.6. Free plan — the plan under which the Application is installed and used free of charge, with the features and limits listed for it in Section 4.2.

1.7. Pro plan — the paid plan that removes the limits and adds the features marked "Pro" in Section 4.2, available during the Trial or under an active Subscription.

1.8. Trial — a one-time 14-day period of the Pro plan free of charge for a Bitrix24 account (Section 4.4).

1.9. Subscription — the Licensee's paid subscription to the Pro plan for one Bitrix24 account, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe (Section 4).

2. What the Application does

2.1. On a user's request (a click on a template in a deal or invoice, a preview, or a workflow robot configured by the Licensee), the Application reads through the Bitrix24 REST API the CRM record (deal or invoice), its products, the requisites, addresses and bank details of the client and of the Licensee's own company, and the company or contact of the record; fills a template with this data and with the company details entered in the Application; calculates net, VAT and gross amounts, the VAT summary by rate, the amount in words and, where applicable, the reverse-charge and split-payment notes; adds a payment QR code (EPC for EUR, ZBP for PLN); and either attaches the Document to the CRM record (Pro plan) or returns it to the user's browser for download (Free plan). With the Pro plan the Licensee may also have a copy saved to the shared Drive of the Bitrix24 account.

2.2. The Application writes to the Bitrix24 account only the Documents it creates (to the Documents section of the CRM record, or as a timeline comment if that section is unavailable), the copy on Drive if enabled, the user interface elements needed to start it (a tab and a button in deal and invoice cards, a workflow robot) and the uninstall notification subscription. It never changes or deletes CRM records.

2.3. Documents are created on the Licensor's servers in memory and are not stored there after they have been delivered. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

2.4. The specific set of features is determined by the current version of the Application and its description in the Marketplace. Which features are available in the Free plan and which only in the Pro plan is set out in Section 4.2.

3. License grant

3.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable license to use the Application on the Licensee's Bitrix24 account for its internal business purposes for as long as the Application is installed. Features of the Pro plan are available only during the Trial or while a Subscription is active (Section 4).

3.2. The number of Bitrix24 users who may use the Application is not limited by the Licensor; it is determined by the Licensee's Bitrix24 plan.

3.3. The Licensee may use the Documents created by the Application without restriction, including sending them to its clients and using them commercially. The Licensee may adapt the Library templates for its own documents.

3.4. All intellectual property rights in the Application, including the Library templates as supplied, remain with the Licensor. Own templates remain the property of the Licensee. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

4. Plans, subscription and payment

4.1. Plans. The Application is free to install. It is offered in two plans: the Free plan, free of charge and without time limit, and the paid Pro plan. The plan applies to the whole Bitrix24 account: one Subscription covers one Bitrix24 account (identified by its installation ID, member_id) and all its users; the price does not depend on the number of users.

4.2. Features by plan:

FeatureFreePro
Documents per calendar month per Bitrix24 account20unlimited
Library templates (English and Polish)allall
Own templatesup to 3unlimited
Document attached to the deal or invoiceno — downloaded by the useryes
Copy of the Document saved to the shared Drivenoyes
Workflow robot "DocMaster24: create document"noyes

The monthly counter covers Documents created for download, attachment or by the robot; previews are not counted. On the Free plan previews are marked "PREVIEW". The counter is reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and is not reset by reinstalling the Application.

4.3. Prices. The price of the Pro plan per Bitrix24 account, monthly and yearly, is shown in the Application and in the Marketplace listing and is exclusive of VAT. The price that applies to the Licensee is the price shown in the Application and on the Stripe payment page when the Subscription is started.

4.4. Trial. The Trial starts automatically when the Application is first installed or first opened on a Bitrix24 account and lasts 14 days. No payment card is required. The Trial is granted once per Bitrix24 account: reinstalling the Application does not start it again. When the Trial ends without a Subscription, the account moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged. If the Licensee starts a Subscription during the Trial, the remaining Trial days are kept and the first charge is made when the Trial ends.

4.5. Who may subscribe. Only a Bitrix24 administrator of the Licensee can start, change or cancel a Subscription, from inside the Application. Other users see a message asking them to contact their Bitrix24 administrator. The administrator confirms that they are authorised to make the purchase on behalf of the Licensee.

4.6. Payment. The Licensor collects payments directly; payments are not made through the Marketplace. Payment is made on the Stripe Checkout page, which opens in a separate browser tab, and is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) as payment processor. The Licensor never receives or stores payment card data. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment.

4.7. Billing and renewal. The Subscription is billed in advance for each billing period (one month or one year) and renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled. The payment method on file is charged at the start of each period.

4.8. Cancellation. The Licensee may cancel the Subscription at any time through "Manage subscription" in the Application (Stripe Customer Portal) or by e-mail to artismediaeu@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the Pro plan remains available until then, and no further charges are made.

4.9. Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, the Pro plan remains available until the end of the paid period plus a grace period of 7 days, during which the Licensee can update the payment method in the Customer Portal. If payment is still not received, the account moves to the Free plan.

4.10. Uninstalling does not cancel the Subscription. Uninstalling the Application does not cancel the Subscription automatically. The Licensee must cancel it in the Customer Portal before uninstalling, or by e-mail to artismediaeu@gmail.com, in which case the Licensor cancels it on request.

4.11. Price changes. The Licensor may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to the Bitrix24 administrator of the Licensee (in the Application or by e-mail). A new price applies from the next renewal after the notice period; the Licensee may cancel before that renewal.

4.12. VAT and invoices. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax on the basis of the billing address and VAT ID provided at checkout: for business customers in the EU outside Poland with a valid VAT ID, no VAT is charged and the reverse-charge mechanism applies; for customers in Poland, 23% Polish VAT is charged; for consumers in the EU, the VAT of their country of residence is charged; for customers outside the EU, VAT or other taxes are applied according to the applicable rules. Invoices and receipts for the Subscription are issued through Stripe and are available in the Customer Portal.

4.13. Refunds are governed by the DocMaster24 Refund and Cancellation Policy (https://docmaster-eu.ai-automation-agency.biz/legal/refund), which forms part of this Agreement. Mandatory rights of consumers under applicable law are not affected.

4.14. Returning to the Free plan. When the Pro plan ends (after the Trial, cancellation or failed payment), the limits of the Free plan apply again. Documents already created, attached to CRM records or saved to Drive remain in the Bitrix24 account. Own templates above the Free limit are kept and remain usable, but new Own templates cannot be added while the limit is exceeded; new Documents count against the monthly limit. Robots configured by the Licensee stop creating Documents and write a note to the workflow log.

5. Documents, templates and legal requirements

5.1. The Licensee is responsible for the content of the Documents it creates and sends, for the correctness of the CRM data and company details they are based on (including VAT rates, VAT IDs, bank accounts and prices), and for checking that each Document meets the legal and tax requirements that apply to the Licensee and its clients.

5.2. Library templates are examples. Agreements and other legal texts in the Library templates are general samples written in plain language and are not legal advice; the Licensee should have them reviewed by its own adviser before use.

5.3. VAT rules. The Application applies reverse charge automatically when the seller and the buyer are established in different EU Member States and the buyer has a VAT ID, and adds the split payment note to PLN Documents of PLN 15,000 gross or more issued to a business, unless the Licensee changes these settings. Whether reverse charge or split payment actually applies to a transaction depends on the goods or services and on the status of the parties; the Licensee must verify it.

5.4. KSeF (Poland). The Application does not issue structured invoices and does not connect to the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). Where Polish law requires a VAT invoice to be issued in KSeF, a Document created by the Application does not replace that invoice. The Polish proforma template and, where the seller is a Polish VAT payer, the English invoice template carry a notice to this effect.

5.5. Payment QR codes. The EPC QR code (SEPA credit transfer, EUR) and the ZBP QR code (PLN, recommendation of the Polish Bank Association) contain the payee name, account, amount and reference taken from the Licensee's data. The Licensee is responsible for the correctness of the bank account; the Licensor does not process or initiate payments between the Licensee and its clients.

5.6. Own templates. The Licensee confirms that it has the right to use the content of its Own templates and that they do not contain unlawful material.

6. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not: (a) copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Application except as permitted by mandatory law; (b) resell, sublicense or provide the Application to third parties as a service; (c) circumvent security, access controls or plan limits; (d) use the Application to create fraudulent or misleading documents, or otherwise to violate the law or the rights of others; (e) interfere with the Application's operation or overload it.

7. Licensee's responsibilities

7.1. The Licensee is responsible for the data entered into its Bitrix24 account and into the Application, and for having a lawful basis to process the personal data it contains, including informing its clients and employees as required by the GDPR.

7.2. The Licensee is responsible for the access rights it grants to its users in Bitrix24: any user who can open a deal or invoice and the DocMaster24 tab can create a Document for it. Company details and the document language can be changed only by a Bitrix24 administrator.

8. On-premise Bitrix24

The Application works with an on-premise Bitrix24 if the account and the Licensor's servers can reach each other over HTTPS (REST API and application pages). The Licensor is not responsible for network, certificate or firewall settings of an on-premise installation.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the DocMaster24 Privacy Policy (https://docmaster-eu.ai-automation-agency.biz/legal/privacy). Its Section 11 (Data Processing Terms under Article 28 GDPR) forms an integral part of this Agreement.

10. Availability, support and updates

10.1. The Licensor makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance may cause short interruptions.

10.2. Support is provided by e-mail at artismediaeu@gmail.com and through the contact form at https://docmaster-eu.ai-automation-agency.biz/about, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET, in English, Polish or Russian. We aim to respond within two business days. Support covers questions about the Application's features, help with fields and syntax of Own templates, and diagnosing and fixing errors of the Application. It does not cover setting up or repairing the Licensee's Bitrix24, legal or tax advice, or designing custom templates.

10.3. Updates, including updates of the Library templates, are installed by the Licensor automatically and at no extra charge. This Agreement applies to all updates.

10.4. The Application depends on Bitrix24 and its REST API; changes, limits or outages of Bitrix24 are outside the Licensor's control.

11. Warranty disclaimer

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11.2. Documents are created from the data in the Licensee's CRM and in the Application's settings; their accuracy depends on that data. The Application does not replace accounting, tax or legal advice, and the Licensor is not responsible for the legal or tax consequences of Documents issued by the Licensee.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

12.2. The Licensor's total liability under this Agreement is limited to EUR 100 or the amount paid by the Licensee for the Subscription in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

12.3. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for damage caused intentionally, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the rights of consumers.

13. Term and termination

13.1. This Agreement is effective from installation until the Application is uninstalled.

13.2. The Licensee may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling does not cancel a Subscription (Section 4.10): a Subscription that has not been cancelled continues to renew, and after reinstallation on the same Bitrix24 account it applies again.

13.3. The Licensor may suspend or terminate access for material breach of this Agreement, or discontinue the Application with at least 30 days' notice; in that case any Subscription is cancelled and no further payments are charged.

13.4. Upon uninstall, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, except billing records, the record that the Trial has been used and the monthly document counter, which are kept as described there. Documents already created remain in the Bitrix24 account.

14. Changes

The Licensor may update this Agreement. The current version is published at https://docmaster-eu.ai-automation-agency.biz/legal/license. Material changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after publication; continued use after that date means acceptance. Changes to this Agreement do not by themselves make features of the Free plan payable and do not change the price of an active Subscription; prices change only under Section 4.11.

15. Governing law and disputes

15.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

15.2. Disputes shall be resolved by the common court competent for the Licensor's registered office in Warsaw, unless mandatory law provides otherwise (in particular for consumers).

16. Miscellaneous

16.1. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

16.2. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Application.

16.3. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.
